Enjoyed Easter Sunday lunch with friends at La Salamandre and we were not disappointed. Exquisite menu was carefully tweaked for our vegetarian and my gluten free regime. Chef Benoit is a wizard with subtle flavours and contrasting textures. Each course was a sensory delight for the eyes, nose and palate and tasted delicious. Front of house is carefully choreographed by Benedicte and service was discreet and professional. Carefully curated wine list contains a few half bottles which is refreshing to see. Thank you, we will be back!

Absolutely great food. My 3 year old niece ate all the appetizers and also loved the rest of her food and ours We also loved our food. The service was great, also was very nice to my niece and us in general. I can definitely recommend the restaurant.

A little gem in Sorede. We all took the 2 and 3 course meals and everything was delicious, from the pork to the starter with edible flowers on it. The portion sizes are decent and very filling. What made the biggest difference was the service. Alexandra went above and beyond with every table, saved a baby bird (!) and made all guests feel very special. All in all, great night and can highly recommend.

This was probably the best fine dinning place we have found in the area. Alexandra, was fantastic. Her customer service skills are unmatched. The food was amazing, worth all 5 stars here, taste, presentation, texture.. Everything was amasing!! The location outside in plain street made such a big difference to the overall experience. Well done to the entire team for the amazing food and service.

This small and intimate restaurant (with outside seating in the summer) is run by a friendly husband and wife team. We've eaten here several times and the quality of food is excellent. There was live music on this visit and this added to the enjoyment. Fantastic evening all round. We'll be back.

Lovely small restaurant run by a charming couple. Warm welcome by the friendly hostess; we felt at home at once. Menu had good choices for us as pescatarians. And the food was delicious! The desserts were a work of art. We spoke with the chef, a delightful and interesting person, as he had lived in the US. We dined there twice and the second time was even better than our memories. Wish we could eat there every week!
